Tasting - Prime Brume

Name: Prime Brume Soave
Variety: Garganega
Region: Soave
Country: Italy
Year: 2015
Price: $10

Winery Review: Brilliant emerald straw color. Aromas and flavors of Brazil nuts, creme fraiche, and kiwi and starfruit with a silky, lively, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body, and effortless, engaging, medium-length watermelon, yellow apple, and clementine finish. A delicious, artfully balanced soave with a great range of fruit flavors. 91 - Beverage Testing Institute

My Review: The wine has nice fruity aroma, and the taste is sharp and lively. The taste is very acidic, and leaves a leathery aftertaste in the mouth. The wine is balanced with being acidic, yet a hint of sweetness.

I did not consume any food with this wine.
