Winery Review: People love our Cabernet Sauvignon for the simple reason that there is so much to love. The color all by itself is impressive--deep, rich, red-purple hues. You can expect subtle, delicious cherry flavors and notes of red fruit, with a hint of plum and spice, when you taste this wine. You will appreciate the length and mellowness of its finish, as well.
My Review: This flavorful red wine is light in acidity, and it is easy to consume. The flavor overall is fruity, with hints of dark sour berries. The wine also a little spicy, and has a sense of earthiness.
