Winery Review: Our Santa Luz Malbec has rich flavors of damsons and plums with a hint of black pepper and chocolate. Ideal with roast or grilled meats, especially pork and beef, and grilled fish steaks.
My Review: This wine is young and sharp, and it is very flavorful. The wine is dark red with almost purplish color. The wine has aromas of spice and chocolate. Once tasted, the plumy, jammy flavor comes out with a hint of dark chocolate.
I did not consume any food with this wine.
